The Director is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of this policy. In fulfilling the objectives of this policy, management is committed to regular consultation with employees to ensure the policy operates effectively, and that quality control issues are regularly reviewed.

Management responsibilities include:

  • Implementing of all policies and procedures.
  • Providing a framework in which objectives and targets and be established and reviewed.
  • Provision of adequate resources to meet these commitments.

Employee’s responsibilities include:

  • Following all policies and procedures.
  • Identifying and communicating opportunities for improvement.
