We are currently recruiting experienced plant operators to join our team for our Perth METRO projects.
Roles include Final Trim excavator operators with GPS experience and Rubber duck excavator operators.

PLANT ADMINISTRATOR - CASUAL
Pipeline Technics PTY LTD are currently hiring for an experienced plant administrator for our workshop in Maddington, the business will be relocating to Forrestdale in 2025.
Responsibilities
-
Purchase orders, identify and order parts and general plant queries.

Approval of supplier invoices
-
Timesheet administration
-
Plant mobilisation paperwork and organising transport of machines.

Maintenance and daily update of plant and other registers.
-
General Office / Admin tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office including managing of office equipment, office supplies etc.

Provide relief and backup support to all admin roles including leave coverage
Required Skills
-
Previous experience in a small to medium sized office
-
Strong attention to detail and excellent data accuracy.

Intermediate excel skills.
-
Able to juggle and prioritise workload and work to deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure
-
Always seeking to identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve current processes
-
Able to work in a team.
-
Be 100% flexible and jump in where required to get the job done.
