Roles include Final Trim excavator operators with GPS experience and Rubber duck excavator operators.

MOBILISATION COORDINATOR
Pipeline Technics is currently seeking an enthusiastic Mobilisation coordinator, to join our team and assist our HR Manager.
​
The position is based in our head office in Mullaloo (note: relocating to new headquarters in Forrestdale mid 2025) and will be full time hours.
​
Duties and Responsibilities include:

Mobilise new personnel and existing team members to multiple clients and project sites each month throughout WA.

Assist in booking medicals, travel, mobile plant training, inductions, and other pre-mobilization requirements.

Update company records such as training matrixes, roster spreadsheets and internal databases.

Order and distribute and monitor PPE, office supplies.
-
Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to meet mobilisation deadlines.

Maintain employee and contractor records and folders.

Required Experience:
-
Minimum of 2 years of mobilisation experience in the mining and/or construction industry.

Full clean driver’s license.
-
Strong attention to detail.
-
Strong computer literacy, competency in Microsoft word, excel and Adobe Acrobat.

Efficiency with mobilisation systems.
-
Positive mindset and ability to multitask and prioritise work functions in a fast paced environment.
-
Strong team player and willingness to assist with duties outside of the defined job role.
-
Ability to think critically and problem solve any issues with good communication skills.
-
Previous civil experience essential.
