Pipeline Technics are seeking a Workshop Administrative Assistant for a full time position in our workshop in Maddington.
This role requires an individual with strong administration skills who is proactive, adaptable and able to cope in a fast-paced and ever changing environment. Shortlisting for this role will commence immediately. The successful candidate must have minimum 2 years experience in administration and proficient in all Microsoft Office packages. Maintenance background preferable.
Current and valid driver’s license.
Reliable and punctual.
Self-motivated, organised with attention to detail and ability to work within a team or independently.
Strong customer service focus and work ethic.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Sound computer skills.
